Replenishment design
Protect the sizes that stop sales when they run out
Identify the models and sizes that need regular replenishment, then separate them from occasional orders. Confirm minimum quantities and the current schedule by item. Your own sales pattern and agreed supply timing should guide the stock you choose to hold.
Confirm the handover points in the delivery plan
Keep the planned production completion, shipment arrangement and destination receiving window distinct. State the delivery term and named place so both teams understand the proposed handover and which costs are included.
Before shipment, check the packing list against the size breakdown and tell us about pallet, unloading or label requirements. Update the plan if the approved product, artwork or quantities change.
