Packaging that supports the sales channel
Horseshoe Packaging and Private Labels
Choose packing that protects the product and makes every size easy to identify. We review inner packs, box quantities, buyer stock codes and carton marks against your order. For private-label supply, confirm the product details and artwork separately before packing is approved.
Three protection layers
Design packing from the product outward
Product layer
Control contact, moisture, surface protection and separation where the finish requires it.
Carton layer
Balance piece count, lifting weight, internal movement and clear SKU identity.
Shipment layer
Use pallet, strapping and marks that suit the route and receiving warehouse.

Label content
Make the carton useful before it is opened
On a small screen, swipe the table sideways to see all columns.
| Label field | Operational value |
|---|---|
| Product and model | Prevents similar shoes or nails from being mixed |
| Size and front/hind identity | Supports picking and receiving |
| Quantity and carton number | Speeds count and shipment reconciliation |
| Buyer SKU or barcode | Connects factory packing to warehouse inventory |
| Brand and destination marks | Supports private-label and logistics requirements |
Approval before printing
Separate packaging artwork from product approval
Approve the product specification first, then confirm the bag, box, label and carton artwork. Keep dimensions, colors, barcode data and legal marks in a controlled file. A packaging sample or digital proof reduces the risk of correct products arriving with unusable channel information.
Distributor programs
Private-label packing can simplify warehouse entry
Start with the information your warehouse or retail team needs: model, size, pack quantity and buyer stock code. Add a barcode and brand artwork where required. We review the pack format and its minimum quantities for the selected product and order.
In a 2024 UAE nail project, four lengths were packed in buyer-branded boxes of 250 nails with size labels, carton marks and agreed barcode positions. Read the nail matching and private-label example.
Match the pack to the way you sell
Warehouse replenishment
Prioritize clear model and size marks, a practical carton count and the information your receiving team uses.
Retail boxes
Confirm the selling unit, visible product reference and protection needed when individual boxes are handled.
Private-label range
Supply artwork, stock codes and barcode data. Check a proof against the actual product and pack quantity before approval.
