Forged aluminum horseshoes for wholesale and custom programs
Aluminum Horseshoes for Wholesale Selection
Compare aluminum horseshoes by series, front or hind shape, dimensions and finish before selecting a wholesale range. Our catalogue includes forged 6082 aluminum Victoria/Sports and Royal models. We review the exact size list and product reference with you rather than relying on the series name alone.

Set definition
Specify front and hind quantities separately
A four-piece set consists of two front and two hind shoes. For wholesale orders, list the required size and pattern mix rather than giving only the number of sets. This lets production, packing and receiving keep front and hind products correctly identified.
Performance design
Lower weight must remain connected to geometry and wear needs
Aluminum is often selected where product weight and a specific performance-oriented design matter. Compare alloy, section, web, nail holes, clips, wear areas, wedge and finish as one product system. The final fitting decision remains horse- and use-specific.
Custom aluminum development
Create a new design from a drawing, sample or concept
Send your aluminum horseshoe drawing or reference sample for a project review. We check the requested geometry, alloy, sample and inspection requirements before confirming a feasible development route and the minimum quantity for each model.
RFQ data
Send the details that affect the finished shoe
- Series or reference model
- Front and hind sizes with quantities
- Alloy and target product weight where controlled
- Nail holes, clips, wedge and finish
- Marking, packing and destination
Confirm the actual variant before ordering
For each line, state the series, front or hind pattern, size, clip or hole arrangement, finish and quantity. Use the product dimensions to compare options; a size number by itself does not establish the same shape across ranges.
If you require a different marking, finish or geometry, list it separately from the standard reference. We review the requested change, sample requirements and minimum quantity for that item before quotation.
Buyer FAQ
Aluminum Horseshoe Buying FAQ
Keep the exact variant and development requirements clear in your enquiry.
Are equal size numbers interchangeable between aluminum series?
No. Compare the actual front or hind shape, dimensions, section, nail holes, clips and finish. A shared size number does not establish the same product. Use the selected series and model reference together with the size list.
How should front and hind quantities be stated?
List front and hind products separately by size and quantity. If you order four-piece sets, identify the two front and two hind shoes included in each set. This keeps the production, packing and receiving references consistent.
Can a steel design be produced in aluminum without changes?
A change of material needs an engineering review. A shared outline does not establish the appropriate alloy, section, tooling or finished weight for the aluminum version. Send the existing drawing or sample with the features and product requirements you want to retain.
Are clip, wedge and finish options the same for every model?
No. Treat each option as part of the selected model specification. For example, a wedge option listed for a Royal reference should not be assumed to apply across the whole range. List the required variant and any changes for a product-specific review.
