For an existing model, send the product reference and size quantities. For a modification, mark the differences from that model. For a new design, provide the latest drawing or explain which reference sample can be supplied.
We then review the missing information, the sample route and the quotation basis. Keep the buyer-approved version with your own stock code so a repeat enquiry identifies the same product.

How is the minimum order quantity confirmed?
We confirm minimum quantities for the selected model and production route. Send quantities by size, front or hind pattern and finish, and identify any custom changes. A total order quantity alone does not establish the minimum for every variant.
Does a catalogue model mean the product is in stock?
No. A catalogue reference identifies a product in the range; it is not a live stock record. Ask us to confirm the selected model, sizes, quantities and current supply timing before planning an arrival date.
Can I start with an existing model and add my own branding?
Yes, you can submit an existing-model enquiry with your marking or packaging requirements. Keep the product reference separate from the branding brief so we can review the work, quantities and approval needed for each. A branding request does not automatically require a new shoe-forming tool.
What should I send when I am comparing suppliers?
Use the same product specification for each comparison: material, dimensions, size mix, finish, packing unit and inspection requirements. Include your destination and requested delivery term. Our quotation guide helps you prepare a comparable enquiry.
